It's time for a Photoshop Tutorial. I don't like too much to make tutorials but some people requested a tutorial so I decided to make one.
Have you seen The Other Boleyn Girl? I adore it so I chose Scarlett Johansson (Mary Boleyn) as the model for this tutorial.
 First of all, choose an image you like with your favourite actor or actress.Mine is this:

Make a new image. File->New. Set this new image at 450*400 pixels. 
Drag and drop the image above with Scarlett on the new image and put it on the right side.
  

Modify the height of Scarlett's image that you opened at 400 pixels and drag it on the banner near the unredimensioned picture and put it on the left. Erase the undesired zone with a soft Erase Brush.

Layer->Merge Visible
Filter->Sharpen->Sharpen
Open a grey texture and drag  it over the banner. Put the new layer at mode Multiply and erase the undesired zones (from her body) with a soft Erase Brush.



Layer->Merge Visible
Layer->Duplicate Layer and set the new layer on Screen mode at 50% opacity
Layer->New Adjustment Layer ->Hue And Saturation
Master: 0 17 0


.Layer->New Fill Layer->DC7E53.
Put this layer on soft light mode
Layer->New Fill Layer->3D3D3D
Put this layer on Exclusion mode, opacity 65%
Choose a font to write Scarlett Johansson. Mine is Tahoma, with D2CAB6 color.
The result is:
